USER SATISFACTION

The EUSPA, along with the European Satellite Services Provider (ESSP) launch an edition of the EGNOS User Satisfaction Survey every year. In conducting this survey, the EUSPA and ESSP aim to gain a better understanding of EGNOS’ value to users, with a view to providing better user-oriented service. This survey intends to measure EGNOS user satisfaction, explore the value of the EGNOS applications and gather your valuable suggestions to the EGNOS Service Provider for improving the quality of the service provided.

The survey covers all market segments and services, including the Open Service (OS), the Safety of Life Service (SoL) and the EGNOS Data Access Service (EDAS). It also assesses the ESSP’s management of EGNOS User Support Services. All EGNOS users are strongly encouraged to participate, regardless of the market segment in which they operate.
