Contribute to the evolution of EU satellite navigation by taking part in the 2024 EGNOS and Galileo User Satisfaction Surveys

Like in previous years, EUSPA is looking for feedback from EGNSS (EGNOS and Galileo) users so we can improve our services from practical experiences and user expectations. By taking just a few minutes, you can play a key role in improving the future performance of the two programmes. Both surveys are available for answering since 8 October.

“With our User Satisfaction Survey, we are enabling users and stakeholders to influence the time to come for EGNOS and Galileo, and improve our EGNSS services” says Fiammetta Diani, Head of Market Downstream and Innovation at EUSPA. “This is a valuable chance for everyone to express their thoughts and suggestions on the EGNSS”.

Every perspective is valued

The survey addresses all market segments and stakeholders, from receiver manufacturers to final users, including integrators and application developers, researchers and academia, ensuring that every perspective is valued.

We are looking for feedback on how the services delivered by EGNOS and Galileo meet the needs of the different applications. Besides the satisfaction with the services, the survey also asks the users about the convenience and accessibility of the interfaces, and how we could enhance their quality, from access to the helpdesk, to websites or documentation. Moreover, we are eager to learn how to strengthen the resources given to the users and application developers to integrate EGNSS into their business, including on hands assistance, access to software and hardware, and support for commercialization.

Upcoming results and prior performance reports

The survey results will be compiled into reports and made available to the public in 2025.
