The case of airBaltic, the Latvian-based airline known worldwide for its innovation and punctuality, is also presented in this issue. In 2020, airBaltic celebrated its 25th anniversary with a fleet of Airbus A220s, the first aircraft of its class to incorporate EGNOS and LPV functions as standard.

We cover the agricultural case of Pulverizadores Fede, a company dedicated to the design and manufacture of air blast sprayers and trailed mist blowers. They employ EGNOS as “it improves the positioning of their solutions, which involves precision spraying, traceability, and technological proactivity”.

Its surveys primarily collect bathymetric data using multibeam echo sounders.
